Andy Ahern, CPA - Owner
Andy started AJA Financial Services in 2021 after working in corporate accounting, public accounting and then for a nonprofit as a controller. His hope with this company is to take his experiences in the accounting world and provide high quality accounting services to many small businesses.
Outside of work, Andy is married to a small business owner of a photography company. He is also father of two young boys and a friendly black lab. He likes to go on family walks and bike rides, eat at local restaurants, watch sporting events, and play basketball. Andy and his wife used to travel (pre-parenthood) and are hopeful to visit new places in the near future.

Kelli Kondrat - Bookkeeper / Client Specialist
Kelli Kondrat is a seasoned accounting professional with experience in managing financial records and transactions for diverse clients and organizations. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in History from Bellarmine University, Kelli brings a unique blend of research, analytical, and critical thinking skills to her approach in the world of bookkeeping.
When Kelli is not at the office, she finds joy in cooking, going for long walks, and spending time with her cat.
