We offer high quality bookkeeping and accounting services to our clients so that they can always have the best information available to them to make the best business decisions. If owners are doing most the categorizing, we save them time. If someone else is doing the bookkeeping, we can still come in and make it as easy as possible for owners to get more in tune with their financial position. Our clients are updated monthly with top line sales numbers, margins, cost center profits/losses, trends, and other valuable analysis that we feel like they need to know on a monthly basis. If you don’t feel like you know enough about the numbers, you probably don’t and we want to help!
Most common work for clients: Bookkeeping, financial statement analysis, QBO training, one time QBO account clean up, running payroll, budget preparation, Employee Retention Credits (“ERC”).

Common industries are nonprofits, construction contractors, sub-contractors, retail, restaurants/breweries, professional services, creative services, catering, insurance and warranties, real estate, franchises, logistics, staffing, and many more. We are more focused on our process and things that work or don’t work for businesses that need accounting help than we are on a specific industry niche.
Size of our clients: We can especially make a difference in businesses ranging in sizes of $50K to $10M in annual revenues.

What works best for our clients and us: QuickBooks Online (“QBO”) for accounting software. Gusto for payroll. We really like the technology and workflows with both of these software. No matter what you are currently using for accounting and/or payroll, we can help you convert to QBO and/or Gusto payroll.
Our process: In QBO we put a lot of time and effort into building out the proper set up of the account for each client. This consists of standardized main groupings within your chart of accounts and customized individual accounts within those groupings. We then focus on establishing best operational practices and processes so that we can consistently produce monthly financial statements that the owner will review and use to help them make the best business decisions. We can then build out dashboards, analysis, and really focus on the things that move the needle for your business.
